Agreement

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Meldh LLC ("Meldh," "we," or "us") for the Olune app. By downloading or using Olune, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Olune. Provide truthful information when completing the age screen and do not attempt to bypass an age decision supplied by Google Play. A local adult declaration does not independently verify age.

Your License

Meldh grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Olune on devices you own or control for personal, lawful purposes. You may not resell, rent, redistribute, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Philosophical Reflection

Olune provides philosophical reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and cannot provide emergency or crisis care. You are responsible for evaluating its responses and for decisions you make after using it. Consult a qualified professional for consequential decisions. The Disclaimer is part of these terms.

Generated Responses

Language models can produce responses that are wrong, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for evaluating what Olune produces and for decisions you make after using it. Do not rely on Olune as the sole source for consequential facts or decisions.

Emergencies

Olune is not designed for emergencies or crisis care. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service now. The Disclaimer lists additional crisis resources.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Olune lawfully and not to:

• use it to facilitate harm, abuse, exploitation, or unlawful conduct;
• attempt to disrupt, bypass, or defeat the app's security;
• misrepresent generated material as professional advice or an authoritative record;
• infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or
• redistribute the app or its model files in violation of applicable licenses.

You are responsible for material you choose to generate, save, export, or share.

Your Content and Privacy

You retain responsibility for the words you enter and the material you choose to save or share. Olune is designed to process and store that content locally. The limited network actions and user-directed disclosures are described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Optional upgrades are one-time purchases for the features described at the time of sale. Purchases are final except where the app store's policy or applicable law provides otherwise. Apple or Google handles payment, receipts, and refund requests. A purchase covers the completed feature sold to you and does not promise future features, content, or continued development.

Third-Party Components and Services

Olune includes or downloads software and model components governed by their own notices and licenses. Those notices are available in the app. App stores, model download hosts, websites, email providers, and sharing destinations are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Underlying Model

Olune runs a fine-tuned Qwen3-8B language model on your device. Qwen3-8B is provided under the Apache License, Version 2.0, whose text appears in the app. Any public release of Meldh's fine-tuned weights will include the applicable license, attribution, and provenance notices in its model card.

Ownership

Meldh and its licensors retain all rights in Olune, including its software, design, trademarks, and original content, except for third-party components identified under their own licenses. These terms grant permission to use the app and do not transfer ownership.

Availability and Changes

Meldh may update, suspend, or discontinue Olune or particular features. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device or operating-system version. Where practical, material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

The App Is Provided As Is

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olune is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meldh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from Olune or your inability to use it. Where liability cannot be excluded, Meldh's total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Olune during the twelve months before the claim or twenty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
